Product Designer

Job ID: 40456803

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I need a freelance product designer to develop a premium cricket kit bag intended purely for sports use. The top priority is durability—every seam, zipper, wheel, and reinforcement must stand up to the demands of daily practice and frequent matches. While low weight and smart compartments are welcome bonuses, they are secondary to creating a bag that refuses to quit on the field.

What you will deliver
• Three distinct concept directions with mood boards and quick sketches
• A refined 3D render of the chosen concept (KeyShot, Blender, or similar)
• A full tech pack: material call-outs, hardware specs, dimensioned flat patterns, and colorways ready for hand-off to our factory team
• A brief rationale explaining how the design meets current cricket-gear trends and player pain points

About you
You have at least one year of product-design experience, ideally including sports or travel bags. Your portfolio shows smart material choices, functional layouts, and a feel for market aesthetics. A solid grasp of textiles, EVA/foam structuring, and abrasion-resistant coatings will help you hit the brief quickly.

Timeline
This is an immediate requirement. I’d like initial concepts within one week of kickoff, with final files wrapped up shortly after we lock a direction.

To apply, send your résumé and a portfolio link highlighting any bag or sporting-goods work. Let me know which tools you prefer for sketching, 3D work, and spec documentation so I can plug you straight into our workflow. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right match—if durable, cricket-focused design fires you up, let’s talk.
