I have a finished 3D scene—a girl in a floral dress with two dogs, veil, and accessories—that now needs a makeover into a cute, collectible look inspired by PopMart chibi figures. The outfit, hairstyle, and dogs stay exactly as modeled; what I need is a re-proportioning of the girl’s body and a new, highly detailed, happy face that matches the style shown in the reference photos I will supply as soon as we begin.

You may be anywhere, preferred Chinese artist or someone who has experience in chibi popmart style Preferred tools are ZBrush, Blender, or Maya so that the final mesh and UVs drop back into my existing workflow without conversion headaches.
