The project is a single-family modern residence that now needs a set of ultra-realistic exterior visuals. I have the architectural model and reference materials ready; what’s missing is the final polish that makes prospective buyers, planners, and investors feel as if they’re already standing at the site.
The brief in a nutshell

• Photorealistic quality—true-to-life lighting, reflections, and materials (think glass, steel, textured concrete, subtle landscaping details)
• Final stills delivered in high-resolution PNG or TIFF, suitable for print and web
I will supply:
• Clean CAD/3D files (DWG + OBJ)

• Site photos for context and lighting cues
Acceptance criteria
1. Two daylight angles and one dusk view rendered at 4K or higher.
2. Materials and textures match the provided palette; no placeholder assets.
3. Round 1 draft for comments; final files delivered within 5 business days of approval.
Preferred tools are V-Ray, Corona, or Blender Cycles, but I’m flexible as long as the end result is indistinguishable from a photograph. Let’s bring this façade to life.
