Orion-1 Spacecraft Render

I need of a render of the Orion-1 Spacecraft. This will involve the modelling,
texturing, animation (very simple), and rendering of the spacecraft. Please read
the brief below.

Design Guidance:
Modelling:
- A near match of the model - Images of the Orion-1 Spacecraft will be sent
with this document (more upon request).
Texturing:
- Near photo real
Animation:
- A simple fly by either towards or away from the camera
Background
- Realistic space background, i.e. stars in the distance
Render Settings
- Frame Rate: 30fps or 60fps
- Resolution: Ideally 4k resolution (1920 x 1080 px minimum)

Deliverables I need:
- 1x render/animation. 4 second render of Orion-1 Spacecraft passing through
space towards (or away from) the camera.
- Asset files: .blend file, model, texture files, etc.
