Object editing with Blender

We need you to edit two 3D objects (high collar and low collar) with Blender (or your preferred software as long as the output can be imported in Blender) to resemble the one in the attached picture ("French" shirt collar). Objects are in gltf format.
We need the two objects (shirt collars) to remain identical in any other respect (position, height, all dimensions) as they will be inserted in a larger drawing and their position relative to the rest of the drawing must not change.
