Need A 3D Model Of A Large Industrial Building For Use In Blender

We need a 3D model of the interior of a very simple large building. We do not care about the exterior. This will actually be a "set" for an AI generated movie. The purpose of the model is to navigate in Blender anywhere in the entire interior and pull a keyframe we can hand to our artists for the next step in the pipeline. It is extremely simple. Specs attached. We have already generated a few test images of what it would look like inside. Basic rectangle. The building is massive. White marble floor and walls except some places where there will be grey marble as noted in the floorplan (Stripes, logos and text). Support columns noted in red. Ceiling must use recessed lighting and vents and most be perfectly smooth. Steel slats are fine if they are super close together. This is imperative as we have an anti-gravity scene where vehicles drive across the ceiling and if it is not a smooth material the physics engine of the video gen tool has issues. Entrances at south and north end as noted. We need this asap and will even pay a bonus if you cant get it to us in 24 hours.
