Modern Master Bedroom 3D Render

I’m giving my master bedroom a full refresh and need a photorealistic design-and-render package to guide the build. The look I’m after is clean-lined modern, anchored in calm neutral tones—think warm whites, soft greys, and the occasional natural wood accent. A dedicated reading nook is non-negotiable; it should feel tucked-away yet integrated, with task lighting and space for shelving or a slim bookcase.

Here’s how I see the collaboration flowing:

• Floor-plan optimisation: confirm the best furniture layout, traffic flow, and window treatment placement.
• Concept development: mood board and material palette that nails the modern, neutral brief.
• 3D modelling and lighting: use industry-standard tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, or similar—whichever you’re fastest in.
• Photorealistic rendering: at least two daylight and one evening scene, high resolution suitable for print.
• Source package: native model files, textures, and a PDF with dimensions and key material specs for my contractor.
