Modern 3D House Plan Conversion

My original house plan sits in a single PDF and now needs a full 3D life. I want the 2-dimensional drawing accurately rebuilt as a clean 3D floor-plan, then taken all the way through to a photoreal model—inside and out.

Work flow
• Recreate the layout from the PDF with correct wall, door and window positions.
• Model the exterior massing and any existing architectural details.
• Add interiors and décor far enough to produce convincing, magazine-quality renders of every main space as well as street-side and garden-side exterior views.

I’m open to layout tweaks, fresh material selections and any modernising ideas you think will lift the look. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Blender are all fine as long as the output is accurate.

Deliverables
1. Native project file.
2. High-resolution interior and exterior renders (suitable for print and web).
3. A brief note on suggested material/colour palette changes.
