Modern House 3D Model -- 2

I have a set of hand-drawn sketches for a modern single-family house and need them turned into a clean 3D model. Blender is my first choice, though FreeCAD works if that’s easier for you.

Scope
• Build the basic structure from my sketches—walls, floors, roof, key architectural features—keeping geometry clean and well-organized.
• Apply simple modern materials and lighting so the model can produce one or two realistic still renders that showcase the exterior and main living area.

Deliverables
• Native .blend file (plus .fbx, .obj or .stl export if useful for you)
• Two high-resolution JPEG renders with neutral backgrounds and natural lighting
