Modern 3D Booth Design Projects
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Every few weeks I receive briefs for international trade-show booths and need them visualised quickly and convincingly in 3D. The aesthetic is always modern and premium, with a strong focus on interactive displays, clear product showcases, and unmistakable branding/logo placement.
My internal team works in Blender, so source files must come back in that format. You are free to model in other software if you prefer, as long as the final, well-organised .blend file and high-resolution stills are delivered. A basic grasp of fabrication constraints—lighting tracks, hanging structures, preferred panel materials—will help your concepts transition smoothly to production.
Typical workflow
1. I share a floor plan, brand guidelines, and reference imagery.
2. You create mood boards and an initial massing study for sign-off.
3. Detailed modelling, texturing, and realistic rendering follow, including two rounds of revisions.
4. Final deliverables: print-ready renders (4K PNG or TIFF), an explorable 360° view, exploded views for fabrication, and the tidy .blend file.
Turnaround is usually 3–5 days for a 30–40 m² stand, with larger spaces arranged case-by-case. If this pace suits you, please send:
• A link to exhibition-booth work from your portfolio
• Your typical rate structure (per project or per square metre)
• Confirmation that you can supply Blender source files and meet the revision cycle
I have multiple shows in the calendar and hope to establish a reliable, long-term collaboration with the right designer.
