3D Mechanical Product Demo

I have a mechanical product that needs to be brought to life through a concise 3D animation. The goal is a clear product-demonstration clip that shows:

• How each moving part functions in real time
• The overall design and visual appeal
• A brief cut-away or exploded view that reveals key internal components

I’m aiming for moderate detail and realism—clean materials, believable lighting, and smooth motion, but not a hyper-photoreal cinematic. A 30- to 45-second sequence rendered at 1080p is ideal.

You may work in Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or any comparable package; just let me know your pipeline. Final deliverables:

1. MP4 (H.264) finished video
2. Rendered stills (first frame, hero angle, and any internal component view)
3. Native project files so I can apply later tweaks if needed

I’ll provide reference photos, rough CAD or STEP files, and a short script describing the key actions. Please outline your proposed approach, sample work on similar mechanical pieces, and the timeframe you’ll need to complete the draft and the final pass.
