Looking for animator who can make animated video of woking mechanism of awm rifle.

I want to make animated video of How awm rifle works. looking for a animator who can understand its mechanism and animate according to script that will be provided to him. The script will containg explanation as well as rough images of mechanism and instrustion for the animator. The animator will have to model some additional parts required for showing the working mechanism of rifle. He has to send me animated blend file only and need not to render. The animation will be of about 4 to 5 minuts. This is reference video of working mechanism of ak 47 rifle.
