Hyper-Realistic Virtual Staging

I’m working with an unfurnished living room photo and need it virtually staged to a level where no one can tell it wasn’t shot that way. The look I’m after is nothing too fancy, the property is appealing to first home buyers, entry level townhouse —clean lines, light woods, and plenty of breathing space—while staying in a neutral palette lifted by gentle pastel accents.

The room should feature:
• A stylish yet cozy sofa
• Complementary coffee table
• Compact dining table set (to suggest an open-plan flow)
• Low-profile TV cabinet with a wall-mounted TV
• Generously sized rug that anchors the seating area

Please place everything with correct perspective, lighting, and natural-looking shadows so the result blends seamlessly into the original shot. I’ll supply the high-resolution photo; you return a fully staged, print-ready image at the same resolution, plus a layered PSD (or equivalent) so small tweaks can be made later.

If you’re comfortable working in tools such as 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray or Photoshop for finishing, and you’ve got a portfolio of equally realistic staging work, I’d love to see it before we get started. Two minor revision rounds are included so we can fine-tune colour pops and layout.
