12-Hour Event 3D Floor Plan

I need a fully modelled, photo-ready 3D floor plan for an upcoming event and I have just 12 hours from the moment we kick off. You will be starting from a blank slate—there are no reference images or legacy CAD files—so I’ll rely on your creative eye to translate the room dimensions and functional requirements I provide into a polished, modern layout.

The render must go beyond a simple block-out. I’m looking for accurate furniture placement, décor accents, and a lighting concept that clearly communicates flow and ambience to my stakeholders. Think top-down orthographic plus at least one oblique or perspective view that really sells the space. Tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, or any pipeline you’re fastest with are fine so long as the end result is clean, sharp, and realistic.

Deliverables (on or before the 12-hour mark):
• High-resolution stills: top-down plan and one hero perspective (minimum 4K each)
• Source file of the scene so we can tweak minor details later
• An exported, dimensioned plan view (PDF or PNG) for quick reference

I’ll supply exact room measurements, entry points, and functional zones immediately after hire, and I’ll stay online for rapid feedback rounds. If you can turn concept to final render in half a day without sacrificing quality, let’s get started right away.
