Garden Room 3D Model Drawings

I need a clean, accurate 3-dimensional representation of a garden room so I can present it to my client with confidence. All key measurements are already taken, and I will share a couple of rough, hand-drawn sketches that include those dimensions. What I’m missing is a polished exterior model that communicates scale, proportions, roof pitch and the relationship of doors and windows at a glance.

The job is straightforward:
• Build a true-to-scale 3D model of the exterior structure only (no interior layout or surrounding landscaping required).
• Supply the native working file plus a set of high-resolution renders from at least three viewing angles that I can drop into a proposal immediately.
• Ensure every dimension in the model matches the figures on my sketches.

Feel free to use SketchUp, Revit, Blender, or another professional tool you prefer—so long as I receive both the editable file and exported images. If this first model looks right, similar rooms and garden structures will follow.
