Key Requirements:

- Demonstrated Expertise:
You must have extensive experience creating high-intensity, realistic, and dynamic action sequences in Blender, with bonus consideration for familiarity with Unreal Engine.

- Portfolio Quality:
Your application must include a curated portfolio showcasing your most impressive work in realistic, high-octane animations and action-packed proof-of-concept trailers. Only candidates with a proven track record in this genre will be contacted.

- Project Scope:
All 3D environments, models, and Blender plugins will be provided by Intense Collision Studios. You will not need to source or create these assets independently.

- Creative Direction:
Shot composition and scene requirements will be guided by our visionary professional director. You will work closely with them to achieve their precise vision, referencing provided storyboards and video materials.
