**About the Project**

We need a *photorealistic 3D animation* of the embryo biopsy workflow rendered in *Blender* (or Maya), built to look exactly like a real microscope feed.

This is not a promotional video or explainer animation. The visual benchmark is an actual lab microscope recording. A trained embryologist should watch this and find every instrument, every cell movement, and every procedural step completely believable.

*What the Animation Shows*

The video is approximately 30 seconds and covers the complete trophectoderm biopsy sequence.

The scene opens with a blastocyst embryo centered on screen, a holding pipette approaching from the left, and a biopsy needle visible from the right. The holding pipette grips the embryo via suction. The embryo is repositioned so the laser can target the zona pellucida. The laser fires in short pulses, gradually opening the zona and allowing cells to herniate outward. The biopsy needle advances toward the herniated cell mass, aspirates the cells into the lumen, and retracts slightly so the cells stretch at the zona opening. A final laser pulse severs the cytoplasmic bridge and the cells are fully drawn into the needle. The embryo is then released from the holding pipette and moves away. The biopsy needle expels the aspirated cells onto the dish to complete the procedure.

The animation will be broken into *12 short sequential clips* that play one after another, together forming the complete procedure video.

**Visual Standard**

Your render must match the look of real transmitted-light microscopy footage — not a stylized or illustrated feel. Specifically:

- Background: flat neutral grey or warm amber tone as seen under a standard inverted microscope
- Embryo: translucent zona pellucida with visible inner cell mass, accurate blastocyst proportions
- Holding pipette: blunt-tip glass pipette from the left, subtle suction dimple visible on contact
- Biopsy needle: beveled glass tip, transparent lumen with cell contents visible inside
- Laser: small bright pink-red dot with a tight glow, exactly as it appears in real microscopy footage
- Cell behavior: soft, organic deformation during aspiration and stretching — no rigid or cartoon movement
- All fluid motion should feel physically accurate — slow, viscous, and deliberate

Reference images and reference videos of the real procedure will be provided upon hiring.
