Blender 3D Animation Artist Needed (Educational Building Workflow Video)
We are looking for an experienced 3D Animation Artist to create a short animated video based on a 3D environment we will provide. This project involves showcasing activities inside an educational building and how different processes move through various sections.
What We Provide
Fully prepared 3D environment (Blend file)
Complete script + scene breakdown
Notes on camera flow and sequence timing
Your Responsibilities
Import and work inside the provided Blender environment
Use free human models from websites that already provide ready-made characters
Examples (not limited to): Mixamo, MakeHuman, ReadyPlayerMe, Adobe Fuse libraries, etc.
Do NOT create humans from scratch
Do NOT use basic geometric placeholder characters — we need real, free downloadable human models
Animate approximately 20 characters performing simple, natural actions:
Walking
Talking
Hand gestures
Sitting / standing
Using computers
Serving coffee
General office/lab movement
Scenes to Animate (Approx. 5 minutes total)
Conference Hall
Group seated
Presenter explaining
Natural interaction
Office Area
Staff discussing and handling documents
Computer Lab
People working on computers
Instructor walking around
Refreshment Area
People sitting and relaxing
Someone serving coffee
Additional Tasks
Enhance the environment with realistic materials
Add clean lighting suitable for an educational walkthrough
Follow our script for camera movements
Ensure smooth transitions between areas
Final Deliverables

Rendered final video (1080p minimum — 4K will be requested if needed)
