Dynamic City-Themed Animation

I'm looking for an animator to create a short, cartoonish video for the Blinq Mobility website. The animation should highlight our innovative battery-swap network and electric vehicles within a lively urban setting.

Key Elements to Include:
- Battery-swap process
- Electric vehicle
- Urban landscape: office buildings, pedestrians hailing Blinq cars, Blinq factory, solar-powered infrastructure

We already have the battery-swap station and vehicle modeled in Blender, so you won't need to create those from scratch.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in animation, especially in a cartoonish style
- Experience with Blender
- Strong understanding of urban environments and dynamic animations
- Ability to convey innovation and technology through animation
