Create plug-in allowing easy implementation of lighting effects

We are specializing in the creation of light drone shows. We realize our animations and the programming of our show via Blender. We have a blender add-on provided by the manufacturer to help us create.

We are looking for experienced developer who is capable of developing an add-on or plug-in allowing easy implementation of lighting effects.
These light effects are potentially doable by Animation Nodes. We are therefore looking for someone capable of creating a plug-in with, if possible, animation node "presets" to apply to our figures and our animations.

For example: a random flickering effect, a gradient, etc.
