Convert 2D Image into High-Quality 3D Printable Resin Model (STL)

I have an image/logo/design that I want converted into a detailed 3D model for resin 3D printing.

Requirements:

* Create an accurate 3D model based on the provided image.
* The model must be optimized for resin printing.
* Deliverables should include STL and STEP/OBJ files.
* Clean geometry with no mesh errors.
* Fine details should be preserved as much as possible.
* Model should be watertight and ready for slicing/printing.
* Experience with Fusion 360, Blender, ZBrush, or similar software is preferred.
