ConcertCrowd in Blender with particlesystem

Hi we need a concert crowd like seen here

a) 15 different looking people from makehuman with different animations and differnt coloured clothes and different coloured skin but all WHITE skin
b) use blender 3.1 or above
c) scene length 60 seconds
d) like in the video build moving and coloured lights (spots)
e) make 6 camera views (eachfor 10 seconds)
e.1) 3 cameras static showing the crowd from different angles while the crowd is cheeringand the spotlights move around
e.2) 3 moving cameraviews
f) we pay onlywhen it'sfunctioning and we have blend file loaded and tested so that we can work with it
g) make for test 2.000 people in particle system
h) people should look in same direction as looking to the stage
i) should play in an darker room like a concert hall
i) the people should be randomly sized (so not all the same size)
