AI Character and Futuristic Studio Design

I'm looking for an experienced Blender 3D artist to create a unique AI character and a futuristic Mission Control studio for my software brand, IssuePilot.

The project includes:

Custom stylized AI character (not a realistic human)
Full body rig (animation-ready)
Facial rig / lip-sync ready
Futuristic hoodie and robotic hands
High-quality Mission Control studio scene
Multiple cameras (16:9 & 9:16)
Cinematic lighting
Placeholder UI/screens that can be easily replaced in post-production
Fully editable Blender project (.blend)

The character will become the face of the brand and will be used in YouTube videos, thumbnails, Shorts, and marketing materials.

I'll provide:
