Cartoonish Character Model Revision & Rigging

I'm seeking an experienced 3D artist who can revise and rig two of my character models in Blender for animation. These models are currently designed in a cartoonish style.
Key project requirements include:
- Cleaning up and making adjustments to the models while preserving the overall design
- Primarily focusing on body structure modifications
- Enhancing the models for animation compatibility
- Rigging the characters for smooth and efficient animation
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Blender
- Strong understanding of character modelling and rigging
- Prior experience with cartoonish character design
- Ability to make precise adjustments to complex models
