Building 3D Render & Walkthrough

I’m looking for a skilled 3D artist who can quickly turn my building plans into eye-catching marketing visuals. The task is straightforward: model the structure from CAD/PDF drawings, apply realistic materials and lighting, and deliver both high-resolution stills and a smooth walkthrough video that I can showcase on our website and social channels.

Scope
• Create a detailed 3D model of the full exterior and the main public interiors.
• Produce 4-6 photorealistic renders (daytime views).
• Generate a 60–90 second cinematic walkthrough, complete with basic background music or ambient sound.
• Provide files in MP4 (video) and JPEG/PNG (stills); source files in 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender are a plus.

Key points
• Purpose: Marketing, so visual polish and curb appeal matter most.
• Timeline: I need first previews within a few days and final delivery ASAP.
• I’ll supply floor plans, reference photos, and the branding guidelines as soon as we start.
