Blender Room 3D Model Recreation

I have a single room layout image that must be translated into a precise 3-dimensional scene created exclusively in Blender. The resulting file has to load smoothly inside our Google Virtual Tour platform, so please export in whichever Blender-based format you’ve previously used for Street View or similar Web-GL viewers (GLB or OBJ with textures are both acceptable).

Key focus
The walls carry branded graphics, so texture accuracy is critical. Furniture placement and lighting can remain generic for now; every effort should instead go into matching the wall surfaces, colours and proportions shown in the layout.

What to send with your bid
• A link to past work that demonstrates comparable 3D modelling, ideally virtual tours or walk-throughs.
(There’s no need for a lengthy proposal—strong examples speak for themselves.)

Deliverables
1. Blender project file (.blend).
2. Exported, tour-ready file (GLB or OBJ + textures).
3. A brief note confirming scale and any assumptions made.
