iClone (if possible) or Blender (for character animation, lip sync, and expression)

I'm looking for a talented animator skilled in iClone (if possible) or Blender (for character animation, lip sync, and expression) to create a dynamic hip-hop dance animation. The animation should bring energy and life to my existing character model, showcasing impressive dance moves, voice/song lip-sync and fluid motion.

The complete project is related to kids age group between 3 to 8 years old, Animated cartoons/songs/dialogues/storytelling, etc.

Key Requirements:
- Create a hip-hop dance animation using iClone or Blender
- Utilize my existing character model
- Ensure smooth and realistic movement
- Deliver high-quality rendering of the animation

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Blender for animation and rendering
- Experience in creating dance animations, particularly hip-hop
- Strong understanding of character rigging and movement
- Attention to detail and creativity in choreography

Other Important:

I will be giving you voice/audio file in SunoAi and characters/kids animated cartoon from hailuoai. You need to use these files and give me the final version using iClone or Blender with the final ouput.
