3D Animator for YouTube Shorts
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Softblink is a fast-growing YouTube Shorts channel that tells wholesome, Zack-D-Films-style stories in under 30 seconds. I supply the script, storyboard notes, and an AI-generated voiceover; your mission is to turn that package into a fully finished vertical video, complete with animation, lighting, rendering, stock music, and spot-on SFX.
The rhythm is simple: two shorts per week, eight per month, on a schedule you set ahead of time. Consistent weekly delivery unlocks a monthly reliability bonus, and any video that breaks the 10-million-view mark earns an extra reward on top. After the first month we move to a fixed salary structure, and strong performers can step into a team-lead role as the studio expands.
You’ll be most at home here if Blender is already second nature and your reel highlights short-form narrative pieces. Comfortable working with royalty-free stock tracks and sound libraries is essential; you’ll need to mix them cleanly beneath the AI voiceover.
Deliverables for each short
• Blender project file with tidy asset structure
• Final 9:16 MP4 (1080 × 1920, H.264, ≤30 s)
• Mixed audio track with synced stock music & SFX
• One high-resolution thumbnail frame
Everything is remote and worldwide, so as long as those files land in the shared drive on time, you can animate whenever inspiration strikes. If bringing bite-sized stories to life in Blender sounds like your idea of fun, I’d love to see your portfolio of short animations and talk about starting on the next batch.
