3D Animator Needed

Job Title: 3D Animator (Freelance / Full-Time)

NOTE : Only apply if you are comfortable completing a sample test video. The sample will be a 3D animation on a topic chosen by us.

We are looking for a 3D Animator to join our growing creative team. This role is suitable for someone who has a strong foundation in 3D animation and is motivated to learn, improve, and grow in a structured professional environment.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Create and deliver 3D animation project files based on provided sketchboards and briefs.
2. Work mainly on animation tasks, as final rendering will be handled by the company.
3. Animate using completed storyboards and animation guides without designing concepts from scratch.
4. Maintain consistency, quality, and accuracy across all projects.
5. Collaborate with the team and apply feedback efficiently.

Required Skills & Knowledge

1. Strong understanding of core 3D animation principles.
2. Practical experience in 3D animation, modeling, and rigging.
3. Basic knowledge of simulations.
4. Experience with character animation and character facial animation.
5. Familiarity with Blender or Unreal Engine
6. Good sense of timing, spacing, weight, and motion.
7. Ability to follow references and instructions accurately.
8. Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.

Compensation & Growth

1. Payment of 12 USD per video, based on expertise and quality of work.
2. Minimum workload of 16 to 25 videos per month.
3. Performance-based bonuses for consistent output.
4. Salary increment within 2 months for high-performing candidates.
