AAA Blender City Assets for Metaverse
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I’m laying the groundwork for a street-racing metaverse where players can leave their cars idling at the curb, step inside a nightclub, or scale a rooftop to watch races unfold below. Unreal Engine will handle the code and lighting; what I need first are show-stopping building assets created in Blender and delivered in a format I can drop straight into UE.
Scope
You’ll craft a full city set—residential façades, commercial storefronts, and a handful of iconic landmarks—built to next-gen visual standards. Think photoreal textures, clean topology, and sensible polycounts so the scene streams smoothly when dozens of cars tear through the streets.
Key requirements
• Native .blend files with tidy collections and naming
• FBX export and packed textures ready for Unreal’s PBR pipeline
• Modular pieces where possible (doors, trim, signage) to speed level dressing
• LODs and simple collision meshes for performance
• Real-world scale and consistent pivot points so assets snap into place
Acceptance
I’ll import each asset into UE5; if it loads without errors, materials look correct in Lumen, and performance holds at 60 fps on a mid-tier GPU, we’re good to go.
