I need a blazor blazor webassembly expert

We are working on a new service program and one component of that is a builder portal. We have some rough mockups of how we would like the mobile and desktop pages to look/function. Our internal team has already created the databases and APIs. We need to deliver by the end of Q1. Attached are the mockups. We would prefer this project be done in Blazor Webassembly.
