Update simple GUI with blazor pages and C# backend

I have a simple GUI that needs to be updated with a few more features. The GUI was done with blazor pages and some backend with C# to generate a simple text file. The original GUI was done by another freelancer and I have all the source code. The goal is to update this with more options. This is the first of many jobs to update this GUI. I need someone who knows what he is doing and can provide a good price.
