Transfer UI from Blazor to Avalonia UI

I Created a MAUI Application using Blazor, Now we need to support Linux and Mac which are currently not supported by .NET MAUI so we need to move to Avalonia UI, (Only the UI and navigation is in scope for this project, I will add the business logic after).

Clean Code practices will be enforced.
