SQL-Backed Web Application

I have an existing web-based data-management application that runs on a Microsoft SQL Server backend. Using Blazor as a front end:

• Data entry & validation – build or refine on-screen forms so users can capture information quickly while enforcing all business rules both client- and server-side.
• Seamless integration with the existing SQL database – your code must read from, write to, and stay fully in sync with our current tables, views, and stored procedures without disrupting live operations.

You will be working directly with the live application codebase, so attention to clean, well-documented updates and version control is essential. Please outline the framework or language you plan to use, how you will handle validation logic, and any prior experience integrating web apps with Microsoft SQL Server. I will provide database diagrams, sample data, and access credentials once we start.

Deliverables are accepted when the new pages run error-free on our staging server, pass the agreed validation tests, and commit data reliably to SQL.
