I'm seeking a skilled developer to create an integrated onboarding to payment with workflow system for casual employees Key Features of the Onboarding System:
- User Registration: This should be simple and user-friendly via websites or apps.
- Document Uploading: Employees should be able to upload necessary documents securely via websites or apps.
- Manager/ HR to the be able to approve the data and timesheet submitted by the employee
- HR to be able to use the data to process the payroll. (with setting to setup the payment formula.) - Payment:
The system should be able to handle initial payment setup.
Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in full-stack development (Website, apps) .
- Experience with creating HR or payroll systems will be highly advantageous.
- Strong UI/UX design skills to ensure the system is user-friendly for employees.
- Ability to ensure system security, particularly for document uploading and payment processing.
