I need an experienced web developer to build a system using Blazor WASM and C#. The system should include:

Admin Dashboard
- Upload .bin files
- Assign files to clients
- Basic authentication for access

One-Time Password (OTP) System
- Grant clients one-time access

Client Interface
- Connect to a physical device via Web Serial or WebUSB

Slot Management
- Upload or delete scripts from the device

Required Technologies:
