Blazor Hybrid GUI

#1 Based an existing .NET application that Python code and uses PyTest to run test that generates JSON/HTML output
#2 Use relatively large (demo/dummy) Test Suite test for PyTest, including minimally one fixture
#2 Use Microsoft MAUI to build a Blazor Hybrid Windows application; PyTestGUI
#3 PyTestGUI shall use Radzen components when possible, default styling (light), https://blazor.radzen.com/
#4 PyTestGUI shall implement tabbed interface in two tabs named: Setup, Results
#5 Setup Tab; Data representing the CLI for first part - command line and console output + reset button
#6 Results Tab: Radzen Datagrid populated based on JSON data from PyTest, functional for any test results
#7 Google style guide for all source code
#8 Manipulate the JSON that came out of PyTest to include additional data like computer name, logged in user, location and other data that can be useful. Details to be discussed.
#9 It shall be possible to load an existing JSON file with the same display as running a test and collecting data
#9 Add test results overview and file reference to an existing SQLITE database that also give log file/JSON file names. You create the schema for this SQLITE. This database will, for now, only have "create" operations.
#10 Error checking and robustness – suitable for novice end users.
#11 Implement a class for the functionality of the first project and add back to this project, #1 above
