Bitrix Module Integration Fix

I have a custom-built module running inside Bitrix that should talk seamlessly to the CRM, yet the current integration keeps throwing errors and occasionally loses data on write-back. Your first mission is to trace exactly where the handshake between the module and the CRM API is failing, then patch it so records sync in real time without collisions or duplicates.

Environment
The module sits on a self-hosted Bitrix24 instance, coded mainly in PHP and using the standard REST API endpoints. Access to the server, Bitrix admin panel, and recent log dumps will be provided.

What I need from you
• Diagnose the root cause of the CRM integration problem
• Implement a clean, well-documented fix in the module code or integration settings
• Test together with me until lead, contact and deal objects create, update and delete correctly in both directions

Acceptance criteria
The module must sync with the CRM without error for 48 consecutive hours in staging, and no new warnings should appear in the Bitrix debug logs.
