XRPL - Site submission to create an NFT, using the XRPL token as payment which is already created

Create a prototype NFT marketplace on the following XRPL standards (any ONE of them can be chosen OR a combination of mixed protocols OR a fresh concept):

DELIVERABLES:

NFT Minting button (front end action button with proof of ledger minting the token, then placing it on site
NFT Transfer (front end action button with proof of change in token ownership)


NOTES:

*We need a prototype with proof of MINTING and OWNERSHIP TRANSFER at this stage. You are not expected to create a full stack way to integrate and post the article on site (blocknewsmedia.com) at this stage.

*At stage 1 we are testing your app on ledger fundamentals, applicability and scaling. If you show us achievement at this basic stage (within reasonable hours)- the long term prospects can be good

*Ideally you must have experience with XRP or RIPPLE (not a requirement) or polygon but not ethereum, too costly
