Software Development with Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Integration

I am looking for a skilled developer to work on a software project. This project will focus on blockchain technology and the integration of various crypto-currencies.

Main responsibilities:

1) The software can perform USDT flashing, as well as USDT or BTC flashing must be transferable from/to unlimited wallets with blockchain confirmations is appreciated (binance, trust, blockchaine, coinbase, luno, cropty, kraken ,etc.......... ) since it flashes USDT or BTC, it must be visible in the USDT or BTC wallet address for 365 days.
There will be no transaction fees when sending "flash USDT/BTC" to "usdt wallet" "btc wallet" as there will be no confirmation.
There will be no limitation on daily USD transfers. It cannot be considered as a false transaction. Sending USDT or BTC from one wallet to another wallet with a normal Internet connection should take a normal amount of time.

2) These USDT will disappear after 365 days (negotiable)
Note: - There should be an option to select the difference calendar ranging from 10 days to 365 days depending on user input.

3) There should be an option to select the encrypted currency the end user wishes to flash (USDT, BTC and TRX) Compatible with all USDT networks (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, BEP2, SOLANA, POLYGON)

4) I want screen sending to be simple and display the message easily.

5) VPN and TOR options included with Blockchain proxy server option Transaction confirmed at 100% Transaction fees are maximum, priority for fast confirmation Cannot cancel transaction with Bitcoin server Works with all wallets

6) I want all crypto to be :

A) Fully confirmed by the network
B) Transferable and convertible
C) Main balance displayed in the wallet
D) This BTC or USDT can be split
E) This BTC or USDT can be used for trading
F) This BTC or USDT can be broken
