Need a Rosetta-API integration for PIVX fork

I need a Rosetta-API integration for EUNO (PIVX Forked). Here is the document for this API: https://www.rosetta-api.org/docs/Reference.html
API required OpenAPI 3.0 validation.
Here is a working version of Rosetta-API (in GoLang https://github.com/coinbase/rosetta-bitcoin/tree/master/bitcoin)
Need all endpoints to implement with our wallet (RPC call).
At the end i need a Dockerfile to deploy this to the server.
