List crypto token with name on bscscan and Binance

So I created a crypto token with MetaMask and Remix and I can see it on bcsScan, but I can't find it if I search for the name. It's also not on Binance to find. I want the token to be able to find with its name, for people to buy it, to sell it and to mint it. Can you help with that? Please keep in mind I am total newbie so I will ask a lot of questions.
