Implementation of a PHP script to realize a payment function with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) for multisignature transactions (2 of 3) in an existing e-commerce website

Description:
An additional payment function based on multisignature transactions (2 of 3) for Bitcoin is to be integrated into an existing e-commerce website (B2C-Marketplace based on prepaid payment using cryptocurrency).
The option for this payment function should be optionally selectable by the seller when creating an item.
If the buyer opts for this payment function, the payment of the purchase price (item price plus shipping costs incurred) must be split after finalization. The seller receives the purchase price minus a individually marketplace fee, which is credited to the wallet of the marketplace after the transaction has been completed. The amount of the marketplace fee, which is paid to the wallet of the marketplace, should be 1.5% plus the individually determined seller fee.
The release of the payments (1st purchase price minus marketplace fee to the seller and 2nd marketplace fee to the marketplace) then takes place - after receipt of the item and successful finalization of the order - ideally through the two signature keys of the buyer and the seller.
If there are disagreements between the seller and the buyer, the buyer can open a dispute procedure, which is then finally decided by a moderator of the support team of the marketplace using the third signature key. The decision is then made either against the seller (by using the signature keys of the buyer and the marketplace) or against the buyer (by using the signature keys of the seller and the marketplace).
The rest of the procedure and the finalization of the order (submission of the reviews) must be taken over from the existing script.
The design of the multisignature procedure to be implemented is the responsibility of the freelancer. The above-mentioned requirements are mandatory.
A final adaptation of the HTML and css code by the freelancer is NOT required!

1 week maximum. A full-time processing of the project is expected! Daily work at least 8 hours!
