Custom Cryptocurrency Development

I am looking to create my own unique cryptocurrency. I envision it to be Ethereum-based (ERC20) as I believe that best fits my requirements. I already have a distinctive name and symbol for this coin.
In terms of skills and experience, a successful candidate would:
* Have prior experience in cryptocurrency development, preferably with ERC20 tokens.
* Be familiar with blockchain development and understand the technicalities of Ethereum's blockchain platform.
* Have knowledge and expertise in creating secure and effective smart contracts.
* Be able to help bring my vision to life and build a coin that is both valuable and secure.
