Cryptocurrency Blockchain Wallet

We are requiring a small blockchain wallet to be developed in which tokens can be sent and received to other blockchain wallets. The said tokens (amount) will be sent to the blockchain wallet by manually entering the numbers in the payment field and using blockchain, the amount should be credited to the blockchain wallet. We have our non-blockchain based cryptocurrency and we want to send the tokens to individual members who will register and install our wallet / other blockchain wallets. A mobile compliant website based on php is also okay for us if mobile application development is a tough job. Please, don't quote too high just because we have asked for a blockchain system to be implemented. The requirement is not big, we want a wallet to be developed using our brand and we should be able to send tokens to the customer account and accordingly receive it back from them. And if the customer wants, the tokens in his account should be able to be sent to other customer's wallets if they want to sell it by themselves. Further details can be discussed.
