Create a private pool for etherium or btc mining

I have pcs in 3 different locations , for mining
10 pcs in america and 10 in canada and 10 in europe and 10 in asia ,
currently they are all mining separtely ,
i want make my private POOL , ( controlled via a software like nicehash does )
so when i run that software on my pcs they all start mining for a same pool so they combine the power into one..
And that software backend or admin panel shoud show me how much Hashpower each pc have
like once installed in that pc, shoud give me that pc info and location with gpu detail online offline.
it shoud be one time installation setup so i can expand it unlimited.
