Build crypto wallet Web application for Flare & Songbird Network.

Flare Network is an EVM styled blockchain very similar to Ethereum with Solidity as it programming language for smart contracts. Songbird is the canary network for Flare Network. I would like to create a crypto wallet that works with both Flare & Songbird since they're both identical blockchains.
1. Wallet must have similar features as the Bifrost Wallet which allows users to delegate their vote to FTSO providers directly from the wallet interface.
2. Wallet will be build on a web app interface first with the capabilities of building an Android /iOS application from it by using API or any other method to retrieve data..
