BTCAI Solo Bitcoin Mining Pool

Job ID: 39600306

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

BTCAI is a specialized user pool for Bitcoin solo mining with intelligent range selection
Payment is partial, the main payment is after testing the connection of the AIS.

1. General description of the project
BTCAI is a high-performance and secure user pool for Bitcoin solo mining, with intelligent range selection (the range selection algorithm is provided by the customer) aimed at professional miners. The project offers an advanced control panel with monitoring, analytics, alerts and real-time mining process settings. The infrastructure includes a fully synchronized Bitcoin node, a Stratum server, implementation of the operator commission (1%) and an algorithm for intelligent selection of the block search range (provided by the customer).

2. Project goals
• Deploy and configure a full Bitcoin Core node (v25.x or higher) with the integration of the range selection algorithm.
• Implement a pool server in solo mining mode with support for the Stratum protocol, based on CKPool or a similar code base.
• Integrate a mechanism for calculating and retaining 1% of the operator's commission.
• Implement a mechanism for enabling an intelligent algorithm for selecting a range of block solutions using token burning.
• Develop an adaptive web control panel with the following capabilities:
• Account and worker management
• Viewing hashrate and share statistics
• Block and payout history
• Notification systems (email, Telegram)
• Ensure high fault tolerance, security and scalability of the solution.
3. Scope of work
Infrastructure:
• Deployment of a server(s) with 32 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD.
• Installation and full synchronization of Bitcoin Core.
• Integration of the Stratum server with the payout logic.
• Setting up automatic restarts (systemd, supervisord) and protection (firewall, DDoS mitigation, secure RPC). Backend (Node.js/Express or Python/Django):
• REST API (JWT authentication, role-based access)
• Database (PostgreSQL/MySQL):
• Users, workers, hashrate, blocks, payouts, fees
• Integration with NONCE matching algorithm (AI solution runs for 30 days, accompanied by token burning)
Frontend (React/Vue):
• Registration, login and management UI
• Dashboard:
• Pool overview: hashrate, online workers, blocks
• Worker stats: shares, efficiency, status
• Visualization: real-time and historical charts
• Notifications: block found, node issues, offline workers
• Responsive design (mobile compatibility)
Alerts:
• Email/Telegram notifications on:
• Block found
• Error sync/downtime
• Disabling workers
Documentation:
• Manuals:
• Installation and launch (including Docker Compose / Ansible)
• Connecting equipment
• User manual for the control panel
• Transfer of source code and training session (up to 2 hours)

4. Expected results
• A fully functioning BTCAI pool on a customer-provided host.
• A source code repository with a modular architecture (Git).
• A deployed web control panel on a test or main domain.
• A complete set of documentation (README, user manual, test reports).
• A configured monitoring and notification system.
5. Implementation stages and deadlines
Stage Duration Result
Architecture design 1 week Architecture diagram, selection of stacks.
Backend development 2 weeks Bitcoin node, Stratum, payment logic.
Dashboard (part 1) 2 weeks REST API, basic interface
Dashboard (part 2) 2 weeks Graphs, notifications, adaptability.
Testing and optimization 1 week Stress tests, functionality check. Connecting the optimization algorithm and checking the correctness of the solution selection range.
Deployment and transfer 1 week Documentation, training, deployment
Total project duration: 7 weeks.
6. Technological preferences
• Backend: Node.js/Express or Python/Django
• Frontend: React or Vue.js
• Database: PostgreSQL (preferred)
• Containerization: Docker (preferred)
• Versioning: Git (GitHub / GitLab)
• Hosting: local server (with the possibility of consultation on DNS, SSL, DDNS setup)
• Security: HTTPS, complex passwords, limited access rights, firewall setup.
7. Budget and payment terms
• Provide a cost estimate broken down by stages.
• Payment is made in stages, according to milestones.
• The main payment must be — after confirmation of the ASIC equipment connection and passing the pool test. Implementation of the algorithm launch and verification of the tokens credited to the customer's address.

8. Requirements for the contractor
• Proven experience in developing mining pools and/or Stratum servers.
• Full stack development skills (frontend + backend).
• Knowledge of Bitcoin Core RPC, Stratum protocol. Smart contracts.
• Experience in containerization, infrastructure setup and CI/CD.
• Ability to competently document solutions and support the client.
