Arbitrage - intra exchange - Kucoin -- 2

Looking for a programmer to create a bot that will recieve "telegram signals"
and then immeadiatly execute
an intra-exchange on Kucoin.

Execution time is critical.
The moment the signal is sent
the trade must execute.

The bot will have to
move funds to different coins

For example

Asuume the wallet has funds in USDT

and the Telegram signal says
BUY GXS/ETH
SELL GXS/BTC

Fist, the script will have to buy ETH
(Buy ETH/USDT)

Then execute the telegram signal

buy GXS/ETH
SELL GXS/BTC

Afterwards, it will need to return
the funds back to USDT

This process will execute continuesly

This will connect to Kucoin via API

There are many refinements that need to be
Added to make this profitable but for now
I just want a very basic functioning bot.

If there is already such a bot available
I will pay you to set this up for me.
