Interactive Veeva Event Management Walkthrough
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m Veeva Vault certified but have never worked with the Event Management module, and I need a focused, one-hour interactive demo that blends a high-level overview with practical, click-by-click guidance.
What I need covered during the live screen-share:
• A concise overview of where Event Management fits into pharma and biotech workflows and why the industry prefers this module.
• A step-by-step look at the setup process: creating events, configuring milestones, budgeting, compliance checkpoints and reporting dashboards.
• Demonstration of core functional capabilities—speaker coordination, logistics, HCP spend tracking, field feedback loops—and how they translate into business benefits.
You must have access to a Veeva Event Management sandbox or other permissible environment so all actions can be shown in real time. Speak in plain language, yet dive deep enough that I can replicate configurations afterwards.
Deliverables and timing:
• One 60-minute live interactive demo (Zoom, Teams, or similar) scheduled within the next few days.
• Optional follow-up cheat sheet or recording link if policy permits.
Acceptance criteria:
1. I can outline the complete configuration flow on my own.
2. I understand at least three concrete benefits that make big pharma adopt this module.
3. All questions raised during the session are answered or assigned a clear follow-up path.
